Gagagoogoo was born on November 1st 2004 by Louise & Mark Sinclair who were looking for hardwearing fashionable clothing for their daughters that would achieve the unique combination of childhood innocence and up to the minute childrenswear design. Their products have been featured in many publications such as Vogue, Tatler, Easy Living, Mother & Baby and Junior as well as many other leading baby and lifestyle magazines. About Blankie WorldIn 2006 Mark had a 'lightbulb' moment - he saw children dragging round their ‘blankie’s’ and was convinced that there must be another way of creating a comforter that would be more hygienic, but that could also grow with the child and so Blankie World by Gagagoogoo® was born. These amazing comforters are fully washable, suitable from birth and for sensitive skins. They are made from luxuriously soft materials that a baby and child will love forever. “Callum loved this one most out of all the comforters we tested. It was really soft; he was constantly carrying it round and cuddling it and he also liked trying to put the blanket back inside the pouch to make it back into a teddy bear.” Blankie World launched in April 2007 with Blankie Bear, who was a finalist for Gift of the Year 2007, and was shortlisted for a Practical Parenting and Mother & Baby Award. |
